CMF International Ancestral Integration & Embodied Practice

CMF International is an ancestral integration and embodied practice working with individuals and families globally.

I support women, men and non-binary people, parents, and professionals who sense they are carrying emotional, relational, or behavioural patterns that did not begin with them. My work integrates nervous system awareness, ancestral and family systems, shadow integration, and embodied presence, held within a psychologically informed and ethically grounded framework. This is not coaching in the conventional sense, but careful, relational work that restores safety, clarity, and inner authority across generations.

What this work addresses

I support women, men, non-binary people, parents, and professionals navigating:

  • inherited anxiety, grief or emotional shutdown
  • family loyalty patterns and systemic trauma
  • identity transitions and belonging
  • leadership pressure, burnout, or ethical dissonance
  • parenting with an intention to break cycles
  • nervous system overwhelm and chronic vigilance

This work meets the whole person – body, history, relationships, and inner life.

Many people arrive here not because something is “wrong’, but because something feels unresolved.

Patterns repeat. Emotions feel disproportionate. Life looks successful on the surface, yet something underneath feels out of alignment.

Often what we carry did not begin with us.

Cristina Martín-Fernández, Founder & Practitioner

My work in context (authority without ego)

My approach integrates doctoral-level academic training focusing in cancer research, years in senior corporate environments, and extensive experience in ancestral integration, shadow work, and embodied healing practices.

This combination allows me to work with complexity – emotional, relational, and systemic – with clarity and discernment.

I am not interested in quick fixes or spiritual bypassing. I offer careful, relational work grounded in ethics, presence, and deep listening.

How I work

Healing here unfolds through the body and the nervous system, not through force or performance.

I work at the intersection of:

– embodied awareness

– ancestral and family systems

– shadow integration

– intuitive and relational presence

Sessions are paced by what the body is ready to meet. We listen first. We integrate what emerges into lived life – relationships, leadership, parenting, and daily choices.

This work does not ask you to become someone new. It supports a return to what has always been intact beneath adaptation.

Who this work is for

I work with people of all genders, sexual orientations and family constellations.

This includes:

– women, men, and non-binary people navigating change or inner conflict

– LGBTQ+ individuals exploring identity, belonging, or inherited family dynamics

– leaders and professionals seeking grounded clarity

– parents and caregivers committed to creating emotional safety for the next generation

– individuals ready for depth rather than performance-based healing

This work may not be suited to those seeking rapid solutions, rigid frameworks, or purely cognitive approaches.

What makes this work different

This work is relational, not transactional:

– it honours ancestry without remaining bound by it

– it integrates shadow without shame

– it values slowness, safety, and discernment

– it bridges intellect, embodiment, and intuition

Healing is not about erasing the past. It is about restoring dignity to the ancestral line and choose to the present.

Ways to work together

I offer private, high responsibility work supporting people of all genders, families, and leaders to integrate inherited emotional patterns and restore embodied clarity.

Services include 1:1 ancestral integration sessions, extended private journeys, and specialist support for parents and children, alongside select group ceremonies and intensives.

All work is grounded in nervous system awareness, ancestral and family systems, shadow integration, and embodied presence, and is offered globally online with limited in-person availability. Each offering is held within an ethical, psychologically informed framework and tailored to the depth and complexity of the individual or family systems.

Closing invitation

If something in you recognises this work, we begin not by fixing – but by listening.
